🚐 We’re Hiring: Full-Time Window Cleaner (Maidstone/Medway Area)

We’re a well-established window cleaning company working across Maidstone and Medway, and we’re looking for someone reliable and motivated to join us full-time.

What’s on offer:

• £27,000–£30,000 per year (after training)

• Company van, all equipment provided, and your own regular round

• Full training — no prior experience needed

• A supportive team environment and plenty of independence day-to-day

• A hands-on role that involves working outdoors, using ladders and equipment (training included)

How we work:

Our team works on a “job and finish” basis — once everyone’s rounds are complete, we wrap up for the day. We support each other and lend a hand when needed so that no one is left behind.

Some days, the weather may delay work. When that happens, we might work longer on other days of the week to catch up. It’s not often, but flexibility helps keep things fair and efficient for everyone.
