We clean the outside of homes and business premises across Kent: glass, gutters, hard surfaces, roofs and solar panels. Most of our work sits within about half an hour of base, which is how we keep regular rounds running to schedule across Medway, Maidstone, Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester and Dartford.

Window cleaning is the core of what we do. We use a pure water system with water-fed poles, so upper floors are reached safely from the ground and the glass dries without streaks. Glass, frames, sills and doors are all included as standard; conservatory roofs are priced separately. Gutters are cleared from the ground using a gutter vacuum, so there is no ladder work over flower beds and no debris tipped onto the drive. We clear every gutter run and check the downpipes are flowing. An external wash of the guttering plus the fascias and soffits is an option if you want the plastic looking right as well, and the gutter cleaning page explains both scopes.

For hard surfaces, driveway and patio cleaning covers block paving, natural stone, concrete, tarmac, porcelain and sandstone, with sealing offered afterwards. Roof cleaning is matched to the roof itself: gentle scrape, steam or low pressure, followed by a biocide to slow the moss coming back. Solar panel cleaning uses purified water and nothing abrasive, so the panel surface is left alone.

Not for the front of the property. For the rear we need access to the garden, so a side gate left unlocked or a key-safe code is enough. Tell us on the booking call if there are dogs, alarms or gates we should know about and we will note it on your record.

How do I pay?

Regular customers are set up on GoCardless, which collects automatically after each visit so nothing needs paying on the day. One-off jobs are invoiced with a secure card payment link. Bank transfer and cash are both fine if you prefer.
