Driveway & Patio Cleaning Quote, Kent
We do not price driveways or patios online, because two drives that look the same from the road can be very different jobs. Send us the details and a photo, and a colleague will call you back with a firm price.

Window cleaning price Gutter cleaning priceWhy there is no instant price for driveways
Straight answer first: we do not price driveways or patios online, and we would rather tell you that than give you a number we cannot stand behind. Two drives that look the same from the road can be a half-day job and a two-day job, depending on what is under the green, how the blocks were laid and how the water runs off. Fill in the form on this page and a colleague will call you back to go through it and confirm a price properly.
What we clean
- Block paving, including drives that have sunk or spread at the edges
- Natural stone, sandstone and Indian stone
- Porcelain
- Concrete, imprinted concrete and slabs
- Tarmac, which needs a gentler approach than most people expect
- Patios, paths, steps and patio walls
What the job involves
We wash the surface with a rotary pressure head rather than a bare lance, which keeps the pressure even and stops the striping you get when someone waves a lance about. Weeds and moss come out, oil and tyre marks are treated where they can be shifted, and the surface is rinsed down afterwards.
On block paving, washing lifts the jointing sand out along with everything else, so the joints are re-sanded once the surface is dry. Skipping that step is why some cleaned drives are full of weeds again within a season.
Sealing
We offer sealing as an extra once the surface is clean and properly dry. It makes the drive easier to keep on top of, slows weed growth in the joints and holds the colour of block paving. It is not right for every surface, so we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it on yours rather than adding it by default.
Why we need to see it first
An accurate price depends on things a form cannot capture: the actual square metreage, the state of the surface, whether there is oil or tyre rubber to deal with, where the run-off will go, whether there is an outside tap we can use, and whether vehicles can be moved on the day. A photo taken from one end of the drive usually tells us most of it. If it looks straightforward from your photos we can often price it from those; if it does not, one of us will come and look before quoting.
What happens next
Send us your address and postcode, a rough size, a photo if you can, and a phone number. A colleague will call you back to talk it through, and you will get a firm price before any work is agreed. We will not put a date to it on this page.
If it is the glass or the guttering you are after instead, use the instant window cleaning quote or send the property details through the gutter quote form. There is more on surfaces, methods and coverage on the driveway and patio cleaning in Kent page.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I get an instant price for my driveway?
Because a form cannot see the surface. The actual square metreage, how deep the moss and weeds have got, whether there is oil or tyre rubber to deal with, and how the blocks were laid all change the job substantially. We would rather look first than give you a number we cannot stand behind.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your address and postcode, a rough size, and a photo taken from one end of the drive or patio. That usually tells us most of what we need. Add a phone number and a colleague will call you back to go through it.
Do you always need to visit before quoting?
Not always. If the photos show a straightforward surface in reasonable condition we can often price it from those. If they do not, one of us will come and look before quoting, and there is no obligation attached to that.
Do you re-sand block paving afterwards?
Yes. Washing lifts the jointing sand out along with the moss and weeds, so fresh kiln-dried sand is brushed back into the joints once the surface has dried. It stabilises the blocks and slows the weeds coming back.
Is sealing worth having?
On block paving it usually is. It makes the drive easier to keep on top of, slows weed growth in the joints and holds the colour rather than letting it fade. On some other surfaces it is not worth the money, and we will say so. It is quoted as an extra, never added by default.
Will I need to move my car, and do you need my water and power?
Vehicles need to be off the area we are cleaning, so we will agree that on the call. An outside tap is helpful, and we will also check where the run-off can safely go, since that varies a lot between properties. Mention anything unusual about your drainage when we speak.
