Pure water technology, and why it matters here

Medway sits on the estuary, which means salt in the air on top of the usual traffic film and organic growth. Ordinary tap water makes that worse, because the dissolved minerals dry onto the glass and leave spotting.

We filter and deionise the water on the van before it goes anywhere near your windows. With the minerals removed, the water lifts the dirt, rinses clear and dries on its own with nothing left behind. No detergent, no residue running down the frames a week later, and no chemicals washing into the soil or the drains.

The water-fed pole system carries that water up to first and second floor windows from ground level. It is safer than ladder work, it is quicker, and it means nobody is standing on your conservatory roof or resting weight on your guttering.

Commercial window cleaning in Medway

For business premises the priority is usually the frontage and minimum disruption. We schedule commercial work to fit around trading, and we keep the same crew on the site so nobody has to explain the access arrangements twice.

Water-fed poles reach the upper floors of most commercial buildings in the Medway towns from ground level, which keeps the work off scaffolding and away from your entrances. For anything taller or with genuinely difficult access, we look at the building first and tell you honestly what we can and cannot reach before you commit to anything.

A first clean normally costs around double a standard clean, because there is far more to shift and the frames have often never been washed. If you choose a regular package, that higher first-clean price is waived and you pay the standard package rate from the very first visit.

Getting a price

The online window cleaning price form gives you a figure straight away. It asks about bedrooms, property type, how many complete windows there are, extensions, conservatories, skylights, bay windows, how we reach the rear and whether you want front only or front and rear.

Those questions are not padding. A bay is more work than a flat window, a conservatory adds a whole elevation, and access through the house takes longer than a side gate. Answer them accurately and the price you see is the price you pay.

What else we clean

Most customers add other exterior work to the same round.

Gutters. We clear every gutter and downpipe with a ground-based vacuum, and can add an external gutter wash plus fascias and soffits. Conservatories. Glazing, frames and the roof, so the room gets its light back. Roofs are quoted separately from a standard window clean.

Fascias and soffits. Often ignored until they go green. Cleaning them makes an immediate difference to how the whole frontage reads from the road.

Driveways, patios, roofs and solar panels. Driveways and patios are pressure washed, with sealing offered afterwards. Roofs are done by gentle scrape, steam or low pressure depending on the covering, with a biocide to slow moss coming back. Solar panels are cleaned with purified water and nothing abrasive.
